Living the Values Reward and Recognition
Employees collect points throughout the quarter. Points are awarded for employees who “Live the HEARTS Values.” Nominations are made by managers and peers.

Every employee receives one off per calendar year. Employees are encouraged to use the leave for engaging in health and wellbeing activities, giving back to the community through service, spending time with family and friends or just to relax and reenergise.
