3D Scanning, Point Cloud to Revit Model

At Geosurv, we are always pushing the technology boundaries and one such product is Revit. Revit has changed architecture design, drafting and modelling processes by accomplishing substantial improvements in precision and efficiency.
Our 3D Engineers use the scan data within Revit to rapidly draw layouts of floor plans, of building designs and structures, and instantly allow our clients to preview their designs or buildings. The model produced can be used by as a base for design, saving considerable time and money.

Revit is powerful on its own, however when paired with Point Cloud scan data, Revit becomes something extremely flexible. Here are some Revit services we can provide from Point Cloud scan data:

We pride ourselves on being able to offer a complete service here in Australia. We are a one-stop-shop. On site scanning is conducted by our experienced Surveyors, data is then sent to our head office where our 3D Modelling Engineers generate the Point Cloud and produce 3D models or Revit models for the client.
As you are only dealing with our in house team, we are able to provide flexibility and additional information as the project progresses and the scope changes.
One of the many advantages of Point Cloud data is that all the information is captured at once. Any changes at a later stage become easier as we already have the data, therefore no additional site visits.
