Meet the Director
Hi, I’m Michael Croft, Director of Geosurv.
I started Geosurv in 2005 and have since established the business as one of the leading Surveying firms in Australia. I contribute the success of Geosurv to our strong client focus, as well as our ability to provide an accurate, efficient, and professional service.
My philosophy for Geosurv is to maintain high ethical standards with external and internal stakeholders. In doing so, we are able to attract a high calibre of people who are empowered to make the right decisions with confidence. This in turn means that our clients can always count on us to deliver an exceptional service.
I believe in always being at the forefront on the surveying industry and doing things differently to our competitors. Our approach is to provide a total solution for our clients. When we work with you, we become a part of your team – one team, one goal.
Our commitment to employing Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Australians
Geosurv are committed to providing employment opportunities for Indigenous Australians and workers over 50 years old. Geosurv believe that these Australians provide an opportunity to close the skills gap and skills shortage in the Surveying Industry. Our recruitment strategy explores various labour pools and invests in the recruitment and development of workers from non-traditional areas.
Geosurv are determined to ensure that Indigenous Australians share in the success of our Company. It is our goal to increase our Indigenous and skilled workers over 50 employment rate by 8 per cent over the next 5 years.
