Manteena - Parliament House
Geosurv has been contracted by Manteena to conduct all survey work for the construction of a new security wall at Parliament House. Construction commenced in September 2011 and is due for completion in April 2012. Services to be provided by Geosurv include survey of existing struction for the design of precast concrete paneling for the wall and set out for installation of the wall.
Hunter Water Alliance (AbiGroup) - Hunter Region Waste Water Treament Works
Geosurv is the surveying firm contracted to undertake all surveying on seven WWTW sites throughout the Newcastle and Hunter Region on behalf of the Hunter Water Alliance. Work undertaken includes new construction set out and creation and registration of easements.
Grindley Constructions - Bunnings, Greenacre
Geosurv has been contracted by Grindley Constructions to conduct all survey work on this project which is currently underway and due for completion in late 2011. The survey work involved includes footing set out of over 400 piles, set out of precast concrete panels, all construction set out and certification for Development Application.
RTA - Cotter Road Rehabilitation Project
Geosurv is currently contracted to the Roads & Traffic Authority of NSW to undertake all surveying work for the resurfacing of a portion of Cotter Road in the ACT. The current project involves a 2.3km stretch of road and is due for completion later this year.
Manteena - Belconnen Skate Park
Geosurv has been involved in the complex setout and construction of the new Skate Park at Belconnen in the ACT. Geosurv has been responsible for all concrete setout, landscaping set out and stormwater set out as well as the general construction set out. The project is due for completion later this year.
Lahey Constructions - Camperdown Housing Redevelopment Project
Geosurv is the head survey firm for this $11.2million project being undertaken by Lahey. The project involves 27 Residential units and three commerical spaces and is due for completion in November 2011.
Hindmarsh – Australian National University
Geosurv is currently involved in the construction being undertaken by Hindmarsh at the Australian National University, College of Sciences. This $150 million project involves the construction of a number of new buildings and is due for completion in 2011.

A W Edwards – Macquarie University
Geosurv has recently been involved in the construction of the new $72 million Library building at Macquarie University. The project consists of a six level, 5 Star Green rating library building and is due for completion in 2010.
PBS – Australian War Memorial
The Australian Government has commissioned a major upgrade to the Eastern precinct of the Australian War Memorial. The upgrade is due for completion in early 2010. The project will restore the current temporary carpark to a landscaped environment, provide an underground carpark for almost 200 cars, improve bus parking and access for schools, provide a new café facility and incorporate the National Service memorial.

Bovis Lendlease – Charlestown Square
Geosurv has been involved in the major upgrade to Charlestown Square in the Newcastle Area. The development will significantly expand the existing Centre, adding to retail, leisure and entertainment.

Abigroup - BER Schools
In 2009, Geosurv has been contracted to undertake the construction set out for a number of schools in NSW as part of the Australian Government’s Building the Education Revolution initiative. These projects consist of up to three buildings per school and include buildings such as new class rooms and outdoor learning centres. We will also be undertaking the surveying work for a number of schools in early 2010.
Mirvac – The Royal, Newcastle
The Royal is a $345million project consisting 146 luxury apartments, 89 hotel suites and over 3500m2 of new public space, including a 1000m2 piazza. The Royal is currently under construction on the beachfront in Newcastle. Geosurv has been responsible for the set out of precast concrete panelling in the 17 storey high rise building located within the precinct.

Hansen Yuncken - Coles Myer National Distribution Centre
In 2006, Geosurv was contracted to undertake various surveying work on this 75,000m2 warehouse project. Works included setting out positions of precast concrete panels

Lintlaw Pty Ltd - Dry Boat Storage Facility - Kurnell
In 2008, Geosurv was contracted to undertake the survey work for a $9million project involving a multi storey dry boat storage facility and office space in Kurnell, just south of Sydney.

Baseline Construction – East Quarter Hurstville
In 2008, Geosurv was responsible for the provision of surveying services including the set out of all concrete panels in this $60million dual stage project consisting of two multi storey buildings.

Parsons Brinkerhoff – Illawarra Wastewater Pipeline
In 2007, Geosurv was engaged by Parsons Brinkerhoff to assist with the design process of 17 km of large-diameter pipeline across varying landscapes ranging from densely developed areas to coastal wetlands. This project was required to meet the wastewater needs of the Illawarra region in an environmentally responsible manner.

PNE Electronics Pty Ltd – School Zone Project
As part of the government’s strategy to improve the visibility of school zones on NSW roads, PNE Electronics were commissioned to create and trial a system on five schools in the Sydney Metropolitan area. In late 2006, Geosurv was engaged by PNE to survey these school zones and provide PNE with a design and detailed plan for installation of what was to be known as SAFEZONES.
